You travel along South Australia's original Outback Track on to private property to the salt lake that was the head of Spencer Gulf.

Let your taste buds tour to! At the ancient top of the Spencer Gulf you will taste Spencer Gulf Prawns & Kingfish. Then its off to a remote sand hill with a 160km wide vista of the Flinders Ranges to watch the sunset. Here you will sample our own exclusive Saltbush Merino Chops & Sausages flame grilled on our outback BBQ. Red Kangaroo from the property is also on the menu as is our Saltbush Merino hot pot.

This option takes total 4wd tour time to approx 5.5hrs
